Our Therapy Services are Designed for You
At Bridging Connections Therapy, we offer adult individual, adolescent individual, couples therapy, and family therapy. Our therapists are Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and trained to provide you with quality care designed to fit your unique needs.
In Individual Therapy with adults and college students, our work is focused on helping you understand and connect with yourself. Our therapists work with you to help you create a healthy and satisfying life. As Marriage and Family Therapists, we believe that our clients are the experts and we are here as guides and support systems rather than lecturers or advice givers. We help our clients explore their lives from a systemic lens that allows them to better understand their relationships to family, work, school, and themselves. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, or anything else that’s impacting your mental health, we are here to help.
In Adolescent Individual Therapy, our work is focused on helping adolescents and teens explore who they are and how they want to live their lives in the future. Our therapy involves learning coping skills, exploring identity, challenging anxiety and depression, overcoming trauma, and adapting to life’s many transitions as teens become young adults. Even with our youngest clients, we believe that they are the experts on themselves and therapy should be about helping them become the healthiest versions of themselves. While working with adolescents and teens, it may become necessary to conduct family therapy sessions or parent coaching sessions in order to help the family work better together.
In Family Therapy, our work is focused on learning to hear each other again and establishing a family structure that best fits your family’s needs. Oftentimes, families come to us with one main goal in mind: better communication. As Marriage and Family Therapists, the heart of our training and therapy philosophy lies in the understanding that our relationships are the most important things in each of our lives. Our therapists will work with your family to identify your therapy goals and build back those connections you miss and need. If it is deemed relevant, we will also provide individual and couples counseling to better achieve your therapy goals.
In Couples Therapy, our work is focused on learning how to understand and communicate each partner’s wants and needs in the relationship. Our therapists will help you focus on rebuilding trust, friendship, and intimacy through authentic communication. As Marriage and Family Therapists, couples counseling is at the heart of what we do best. Our therapists will work with your partnership to help you establish goals and work through attachment injuries, infidelity, co-parenting difficulties, and navigating life transitions as a couple.
Hours
Our therapists understand that accessing quality mental healthcare can be difficult, but it shouldn't be impossible or come at the expense of work or school time. This is why we provide evening and weekend appointments on top of regular work hour appointments for our clients. Most of our therapists offer sessions from 4pm to 8pm most weeknights and Saturday and Sunday appointments. Contact us at admin@bridgingconnectionstherapy.com to learn more about session availability with our therapists.

About Our Therapists
Bridging Connections Therapy was founded by three marriage and family therapists who were looking to make a difference in their client’s lives through relational and individual therapy. We met while working at a residential treatment facility and decided to open our own practice in order to bring our therapy services to a broader range of clients. Our training enables us to understand the significant impact relationships have on mental health, couple and family dynamics, work performance, and overall life satisfaction.
Our therapist’s use a number of therapeutic modalities for our clients depending on their unique, individual needs. Our therapists are trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, The Gottman Method for Couples Counseling, Emotion Focused Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Each of our therapist’s have unique backgrounds, experiences, and fields of expertise so look on their individual pages to learn more about each of them.
Our Symbol
We chose the bridge as our symbol to represent our holistic view of our clients and our understanding of how a satisfying life is made up of many connecting pieces. It is our view that, like bridges, connections need regular maintenance and check-ups to keep them in working order. This goes for our individual lives as well as our relationships. Busy lives make it easy for us to forget to check in and connect with ourselves through self-care and self-examination. It is our mission to help our clients build and maintain strong and satisfying relationships and connections with those around them, their lives, and themselves.
