Couples Therapy
“All change begins with a decision. Once the decision is made, discipline becomes the bridge between desire and accomplishment.” – A. R. Bernard.
Finding someone to share your life with can fill you with hope, desire, and excitement for the future and the relationship you’re trying to build. Building that relationship takes time, effort, and dedication to merging what sometimes feels like two completely different worlds and cultures into one. Miscommunications and misunderstandings can lead to feeling unheard, unappreciated, hurt, and maybe even alone in a relationship that once felt passionate and indestructible. Whether you’re stuck in cycle of endless arguments, feeling detached from your partner, working to rekindle passion and intimacy, or coping with infidelity, we’re here to help.
At Bridging Connections Therapy, couples therapy is about learning how to understand and communicate each partner’s wants and needs in the relationship. Couples therapy focuses on rebuilding trust, friendship, and intimacy through authentic communication that can heal old wounds that have been blocking your connection. Our therapists are here to support you in building a satisfying and healthy relationship that each of you enjoys and thrives in.
