How long will I be in therapy?
The therapeutic growth process varies from individual to individual. During the assessment process your therapist will give you an approximate time frame for treatment.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! Currently, we are offering both virtual sessions and in person sessions to clients in the state of Texas. Our office is located in Bryan/College Station, TX.
How does teletherapy work?
Teletherapy involves you and your therapist meeting remotely for therapy sessions. Just like in-person therapy, you and your therapist will be able to develop coping skills and practice therapeutic techniques while in session. However, in teletherapy, you will be able to have your sessions from the comfort and privacy of your home!
What are your hours?
Our business hours are from 8:30am to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday. Our phone hours are 8:30am to 6pm. Each of our therapists have evening and weekend session availability. Please call to learn more about each therapist's current openings.
What payments do you accept?
Providers accept both insurance and private pay clients. Our sessions are $100. We also offer sliding scale fees for our private pay clients depending on need so please contact us to find out more about our pricing options.
Do you accept insurance?
Our providers are currently only accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar Health, Cigna, and Aetna insurances . We are looking to add more insurance providers in the future.
How often do I have my sessions?
Our therapy services are personalized for each of our clients. Session frequency is determined with clients based on needs and availability of both the client and the therapist.
What is your cancellation policy?
A cancellation notice must occur 24 hours before the missed appointment to avoid cancellation fees. Our cancellation fee is $50 for missed appointments.
What are the therapists trained in?
Each of our therapists are Master's level clinicians licensed as Marriage and Family Therapists. We are trained in individual, couple, and family therapy.
What locations do you serve?
Our therapists are licensed in the state of Texas which means that our virtual clients can be located anywhere in the state of Texas.
Our in person office is located in College Station, TX.
